Can I buy a paid report today?
Not yet. Pricing is approved, but PayPal checkout is not enabled until payment credentials, refund terms, and legal review are complete.

What does the $2.99 report include?
One complete report for one PDF, including file summary, structure findings, veraPDF PDF/A validation output when configured, metadata timeline, hashes, and technical disclaimers.

What is the $7.99 pack?
A 3-report pack for users who need several one-off checks without committing to Pro.

What does Pro mean by unlimited?
Pro is marketed as unlimited checks with a fair-use ceiling of up to 100 checks per month.

When will API access open?
API access is deferred until the medium tier is ready; the current paid MVP should focus on Free, one-time reports, report packs, and Pro.

Is this an official PDF/A validator?
PDFChecker can run a configured veraPDF service/CLI adapter and show raw validation output, pass/fail, conformance, and error details. If the adapter is not configured, the report says so instead of claiming conformance.

Do you store original PDFs?
No. Original PDFs are processed in memory and are not permanently stored. Paid operations may store hashes, summaries, order records, and report metadata.

Can I use a report as legal proof?
No. Reports are technical signals only and are not legal advice, forensic certification, or authentication.

What file size is supported?
The MVP accepts PDF files up to 25MB.

How do I report abuse or request deletion?
